Michael, 45 years old and living alone. He's been looking for flights on Google but the prices are too high so he has no choice but to search on his own. Michael is a big fan of traveling and would like to be able to do it more often.

Dan, 35 years old. He's part of a charity organization and he'd like to reach people who are looking for more information about their chosen cause. Dan is excited by the possibility of supporting his favorite causes through donations.

Martin, 26 years old. He works in travel and is trying to find a company that gives more than 5% of the money they make from search engines through donations to charity organizations like Greenpeace or Amnesty International. Martin would like to help out his country but doesn't want it to be too visible.

Erica, 18 years old. She has been volunteering with different charitable organizations for three years and wants to start her own charity in the future. Her goal is that the organization will be able to organize a donation drive during at least one weekend per month.

Charity, 24 years old. She's a full time student and wants to raise money for her favorite charity by using the internet. Charity is excited about the prospect of utilizing this new tool but she trying her best to learn =).

You, 35 years old. She works full time as a fundraising consultant for charity organizations and would like to automate some parts of her job so she can spend more time with family. Lola wants to be able to easily search for flights on the internet in order to find cheap ones that work with her schedule.
